How much are the lots at Vista Ridge Acres?
Half-acre lots are priced in four tiers: $59,900, $64,900, $69,900 and $74,900, depending on location in the subdivision. The interactive lot map shows the live price and status of every lot.
Can I buy land with bad credit or no credit?
Yes. Vista Ridge Acres offers owner (seller) financing directly from the developer. There is no credit check — eligibility is based on proof of income. You can pay off your balance early, in full or in part, with no penalty.
What's included with each lot?
Each lot includes a water meter (North Alamo Water Supply) and a septic system. Electricity (AEP) runs along the paved streets. The buyer covers connecting service from the meter and pole to the home.
How big are the lots?
Most lots are about half an acre — roughly 74.5 feet wide by 295 feet deep (about 22,000 square feet). Lots on the south and east sides vary in shape; tap any lot on the map to see its size.
Is there an HOA?
No. Vista Ridge Acres is a deed-restricted subdivision with no HOA and no HOA dues.
Can I put a mobile home or manufactured home on the lot?
Used, mobile or modular homes need the developer's written approval before placement. All homes must be fully skirted and have at least 800 square feet of living space. New site-built homes must be masonry or frame construction, at least 800 square feet. RVs can't be used as a residence.
